Bisi A. Adepoju graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2004 with a Second Class Upper Division in his first degree and he started his law practice as a private legal practitioner in 2005 after graduation from the Nigeria Law School. He holds a Master degree in Criminal law and Criminal justice policy from Birkberk, University of London.

He was a Placement Officer Strategic Contracts Team Hammersmith and Fulham Children's Services between 2008 and 2010. His team was in charge of negotiating contract and placing children's in Foster Care across England. He returned to Nigeria in 2013 and he is actively practising majorly as a criminal defense counsel.
