Adesola has vast experience across many industry sectors and she is renowned for experience in licensing, regulatory and compliance, intellectual property rights, alternative dispute resolution and litigation and real estate transactions. She started her practice in one of the leading corporate commercial law firms in Lagos where she rose to become a Managing Associate and the Head of the Corporate Commercial Department.

Adesola attended the University of Ibadan where she bagged her first degree in Law in 2005 and the University of Lagos for her Masters’ degree in Law. She is currently a student of the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University Scotland for the award of Masters in Business Administration

A SEC approved Capital Market Consultant, a qualified member of the Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), member of the NBA Section on Business Law and a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has handled several litigation matters and appeared before all the superior courts in Nigeria. She has also several articles and publications across various aspects of law in Nigeria to her credit.
